Hoha Hoha India...

yet another submissive defeat faced by the Indian team today.and with that the hope of India making to super 8 in the world cup is diminishing fast.now their only chance is in the hand of Bermuda. But frankly speaking, you cant win the world cup by depending on the other team.Infact in a way I was satisfied with the result of today's match. The team playing good cricket deserved to win.No please dont get me wrong here.I am not against India or the cricket.but I cannot be overly optimistic when I can very well see from the naked eye that Indian cricket team doesnt have the will or the capability to win the matches.what more frustrating is the fact that this kind of defeat has not happend for the first time.time and again such defeats have proved the fact that Indian cricketers have failed to improvise.they have not learnt anything from their past mistake. The cricket is changing and Indian team needs to understand this fact and accept it.They still continue to play the old traditional cricket which means hit some magnificent stroke and score as much as you can with boundaries and sixes. They have ignored the fact that 6 singles in an over is much more useful than a single boundry.when the things arent going your way, you need to adapt to the situation and make the best use of it.they still continue to display sloppy running between the wicket, some really poor fielding and really lacking the attack with the bowling. They always looks to bowl 50 overs rathar than taking 10 wickets.players like Ganguly continues to display lack of fitness.Player like Tendulkar fails to perform when the team needs them most.and still being considered the GOD of cricket.Yuvaraj has no clue whats happening when the spinner come into attack.the fact that you have scored 10000 runs or more or played an extra ordinary game or two doesnt allow you to ignore your weakness. There is no attempt for improvement.and if the senior players display such behavior, you cant expect it from the new comers.when the entire team is on the ground and in a difficult situation, their body language shows that they have already accepted the defeat.to me it looks like they just wait and hope something to happen rathar than creating the opportunity by showing real attack and will to win.

but at the same time I wonder, its just a game. Why do we get so depressed or concerned when we lose?.After all cricketers are also human being trying their best to win.so is it fair to blame them for anything and everything?. I am not sure.I think cricket in India is more than just the game and hence a defeat of such kind always raises questions.

First Blog.

Hi Everyone.Welcome to my Blog.I am Jinesh and this is my first attempt to write a blog.well frankly speaking I am not a blogger.Just because everyone else is writing,I decided to jump in .so here I am wondering what to write.because I dont know what should I be writing.one of my friend suggest write something for which you are passionate.I thought about it and realised,I do not have any passion right now, strange but true.all I do is 8 to 5 job in IT industry and then watch TV and sleep for the rest of the night.fairly smooth life but definitely not exciting. But that doesnt mean I never had any passion for anything.I loved travelling, visiting places,Trekking in Sahyadri ranges near Bombay.but unfortuantely I no longer do treks.partly because I am in Canada right now where I havent found many places to trek and most importantly I have grown fat due to which I cant climb a lot.:-) Anyways,I hope I can start over soon. And I really hope I get inspired by all of you to continue writing even though it doesnt make much sense to you.
I am really looking forward to share my thoughts with you.
Have fun and keep blogging...:-)
